A rich, dark brown ale with notable nuttiness up front. A slight roasty character and a hint of chocolate and toffee come through before ending with a subtle bitterness.
The USMC KA-BAR is an icon and a legend in the world of knives. It was one of the general issue knives to the United States Marine Corps in World War II and quickly gained popularity. As a Veteran owned brewery, a partnership with KA-BAR Knives only made sense, so naturally we co-branded thi brown ale with KA-BAR Knives.
This knife remains the first choice for many men and women of service who carry it as their personal option knife still today. Our tap handles for the KA-BAR Brown Ale come directly from the KA-BAR factory in Olean, New York.

Pineland Pale Ale
Our American Pale Ale is a clear straw color with some hop bitterness. Citrus and floral aromas from the dry hopping with Cascade, CTZ and Galena hops.
Suggested food pairings: Spicy and well-seasoned dishes. Also a perfect match for the classic American cuisine, a Cheeseburger with a side of fries.

Ek Imperial Red Ale
Bold Red colored ale, with a strong toasted caramel aroma. Flavors of caramel from the malts come through but are not overly sweet and are balanced perfectly from the Cascade & CTZ hop additions. Features a KA-BAR Ek Commando knife as the tap handle.
Suggested Food Pairings: Grilled, smoked, or roasted meats. Vanilla and graham cracker desserts. Hearty, classic thanksgiving style meals.

Knight's Golden Ale
An English style light ale originally brewed in the 1960's to compete with import lagers. Our Golden is light bodied with subtle fruit esters, combined with traditional biscuit crust and cracker derived malt notes This combination delivers an easy drinking but flavorful light English ale.
In the early 1960’s, the US Army parachute team earned the nickname, the "Golden Knights". "Golden" signified the gold medals the team had won, while "Knights" alluded to the team’s ambition to conquer the skies. Their dedication to the highest Level of Excellence, Pride & Standards has led us to honor them with our Railhouse Golden Ale… hereby to be known as…” Knight’s Golden Ale”
The Beer’s logo is a collaboration between parachutists and a chair-borne artist; capturing the essence of thirsty Knights, whose Golden Armor certainly brought them to Earth without haste!.

Short Track Specialty Beer
Orange Blossom Witbier (Spring)
Our take on this classic Belgium style synonymous with spring and summer drinking. Brewed with rich orange blossom honey, zesty sweet orange and coriander. This beer will please the craft enthusiast and casual beer drinker a like. Classic Noble hops add subtle spice and floral aromas which provide a pleasant counter balance to sweet wheat and honey notes.

"A Hefe Too Far'' Hefeweizen (Summer)
Traditional Bavarian Hefeweizen brewed with more than 50% wheat, with the unmistakable Banana / Clove yeast character associated with the style. Named for the Iconic movie and story of extending your reach too far. This Hefe’ certainly keeps the troops happy and will have you coming back for more.

The Vanilla Porter is a traditional robust porter having the roast and coffee flavors loved so much in a porter, but with the slight accent of vanilla on the front and finish. We create our own Vanilla extract from vanilla beans shipped directly from Madagascar, which is then added during conditioning.

Limited Release
Lederhosen Ludwig Fesbier
Lighter in color and drier in the finish than the traditional Marzen. This style is more drinkable and less filling, and has taken over as the most consumed beverage at the German Oktoberfest! Strap on your lederhosen and grab a pint! Prost!

Madame La Mûre
